- The terms of use of the website regulate the relations between the website and any person browsing and/or using the website or the information contained therein (each of them hereinafter: "the Customer" and/or "the User").
- Any use of the website and its displayed content, including browsing and viewing it, as well as any action taken on it, including purchases made through it, are subject to the terms of use detailed below. The website user is requested to read these terms carefully. A user is not obligated to agree to these terms of use, but if they do not agree, they are required to exit the website immediately and not make any use of it. The commencement of use of the website indicates the user's consent and approval of these terms of use.
- Use of the website constitutes the user's unconditional and unreserved agreement to all its terms, and by using the website, the user undertakes that they and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claim and/or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or its managers and/or anyone on their behalf.

- Use of the website is at the sole and full responsibility of each user. - The use of the products is the sole responsibility of the user. The user must keep the product away from children. Prices on the Website

Placing an Order
- When placing an order on the website, the user will be asked to enter basic details such as name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number. For the order to be processed quickly and without problems, correct details must be provided, otherwise the website operator will not be able to guarantee the execution and delivery of the order.
- The possible payment methods on the website are by credit card and via PAYPAL, through an authorized and secure clearing site.
- For some purchases (usually above 500 NIS, but possibly in other cases as well), the Company may perform an additional verification of the payer, by sending an SMS message to them from the credit card company to confirm the transaction.

- At the time of placing the order, the website operator will check the payment method provided by the buyer, and only upon receipt of order approval by the credit card companies will a corresponding notification be sent to the user that the order has been approved. It is clarified that the operator will be charged for the cost of the item purchased immediately upon completion of the order.
- The purchase transaction will only be executed after the order process is completed and only after the website operator receives confirmation from the relevant party that the charge has been processed, in accordance with the existing work procedures between them. In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card companies, the transaction will not be executed and the customer will receive a corresponding notification. The completion of the purchase transaction is also conditioned on the requested items being in stock at the time the order process is completed.
- A completed order will be recorded in the website operator's computers, and an email confirmation of the operation will be sent immediately after the user completes the purchase transaction on the website. In case of non-receipt of the confirmation email, customer service should be contacted.
- The user of the website will receive an invoice for the payment after it is made to the email account they entered at the time of purchase.
- It is clarified and emphasized that sending an email notification regarding the registration of the order in the website operator's computerized system does not constitute proof of the completion of the action, and the sending of the email does not obligate the website operator. It should be emphasized and clarified that there may be situations where, despite a particular item appearing on the website as being in stock, in practice that item is not in stock and cannot be supplied.
- Collection from the company's warehouses is possible, by prior arrangement, at the address: Lisbon 6, Sderot.
- Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website. Shipping fees are for delivery to one destination and will be at the rate specified alongside the order.
- The shipping cost may be updated from time to time according to what is stated at the time of placing the order on the website.
- The website may set a minimum order amount on the website.
- The website will deliver the products to the customer through an independent shipping company to all parts of the country. The regulations of the shipping entity through which the delivery will be made will apply to the delivery of the product through the website, and will be binding on the customer.
- Upon receipt and approval of the order by the website operator and completion of payment and receipt of debit approval by the credit card company, the website operator will prepare and package the order within 3 business days of order approval, with orders placed after 12:00 PM counting as the next business day.
- Product delivery by the shipping company will be made within a few days from the date of placing the order on the website (up to 14 business days), except for remote settlements where delivery times are up to 10 business days. In exceptional cases of high demand (launch weeks, etc.), shipping times may be extended. - To ensure the efficient and smooth execution of the order, all required details on the website must be provided accurately and up-to-date. If incorrect details are provided when placing the order, the Company cannot guarantee that the order will be received, processed, or that the products will reach their destination, and will not be responsible in any way for the products not being delivered under such circumstances. - Orders for which an approval notice has been received and for which the product is found to be in stock will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer by an external shipping company.
- It is clarified and emphasized that orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered as orders for the next business day.
- If an order is received for areas where the shipping company does not deliver, according to the shipping company's regulations, the website is not obligated to supply it. Without derogating from the foregoing, the company shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to deliver orders to areas that are not within the distribution areas, and this at longer delivery times than those detailed above, and with prior telephone coordination with the customer.
- The website operator is not responsible for shipping times and delays by the shipping company, but is available to the customer to resolve any issues. The website operator is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, wars, emergencies, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems that affect the completion of the purchase process, malfunctions in the email service, and any delay that occurred as a result of an epidemic and/or war and/or security situation including lockdowns, restrictions, and the like, and/or any other reason beyond the website owner's control. - The website operator works with a private courier company that delivers to the customer's home by prior arrangement. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to be available by phone so that the courier company representative can deliver the package and coordinate their arrival. If the customer does not answer their phone due to unavailability/error in the phone number and/or the number they entered into the website system, the package will be returned to the website operator and the customer will have to pay an additional shipping cost.
- Generally, delivery will be to the home, however, in community settlements, villages, kibbutzim, etc., products may be delivered to the settlement's secretariat. In such a case, you will receive a telephone or written notification.
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation is made by the signature of the recipient, who must be an adult. If the customer is not home, the courier will leave the shipment by the door in cases where the customer has given approval for the shipment to be left by the door or in the electricity cabinet. The company shall not be liable for any damage and/or loss and/or indirect and/or consequential damage of any kind caused to the shipment as a result.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check the order confirmation sent by email to ensure there are no errors in the order. No claim will be accepted that something different was ordered from the content of the order confirmation.
- Any notification of a defective or missing product must be submitted in writing to the company's offices within 3 business days of delivery. If the shipment has not arrived – notification must be made within 3 business days of the last date it was supposed to arrive according to the delivery times as detailed above.
- In case of no response to shipping coordination messages from the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to the company. Resending it will incur a new shipping cost.
- The delivery dates detailed above do not apply to items that are out of stock and/or to orders that have been modified according to the customer's request (change in order content, shipping address, etc.) and/or to shipments to areas with restricted access.
- Transaction cancellation is subject to the law and in accordance with the transaction cancellation policy as it appears in these regulations and on the website.
- Only the ordering customer is entitled to cancel a transaction in writing, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the law and as stated above and below.
- Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written notification from the website confirming this.
- Refunds will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the law and the payment method used for the transaction. Credit card refunds will only be returned to the credit card used for the purchase, and in accordance with the credit card company's timelines.
Exclusion of Returns and Exchanges
A user/customer who has purchased perfume will be given the option to return the product, provided that it has been used reasonably within approximately 3 business days from the moment of purchase, through one of the following methods: by email to contact@Incenseparfums.com, or by WhatsApp message to a company representative at 972-53-5353700. The right to return or exchange will be at the discretion of customer service and will apply to regular collections only. The company may stop this exclusion at any time and at its sole discretion.
- A user/customer may cancel a transaction by one of the following methods: by email to contact@Incenseparfums.com, by WhatsApp correspondence with a company representative at 972-53-5353700, or via a dedicated link on the homepage by submitting a written notice of order cancellation through any of the contact methods mentioned above and detailed in these terms. In the cancellation notice, the customer must provide their name and identification number, and if the cancellation notice was given by phone, the order number.
- It is hereby clarified that for products purchased under "special sale" conditions and/or with benefits, the charge will be made according to the proportional discount rate actually given for the product at the time of purchase.
- Notwithstanding the above, and in accordance with the law, a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction, within four months from the date of its creation, from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details document, whichever is later, provided that the transaction includes a conversation between the company and the customer as stated (including a conversation via electronic communication). The company may ask the customer for a certificate, as specified by law, proving that he is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as the case may be.
- In the event that a return, change or cancellation is made because the customer changed their mind (and not due to a defect or non-conformity) and is approved by the site, the return and cancellation will be under the following conditions:
- The customer must return the product to the site in the condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, to the company's warehouses at 6 Lisbon Street, Sderot, Israel;
- The product has not been used in any way;
- The product will be returned with a transaction invoice or proof of transaction;
- The costs involved in returning/collecting the order to the company's warehouses will be borne by the customer;
- Cancellation fees will be charged at 5% of the product amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
- The right of a consumer to cancel a transaction does not derogate from the company's right to claim damages in the event of returning products whose value has decreased as a result of a significant deterioration in their condition while in the consumer's possession, including in the event of returning a product that has been used, whose packaging has been opened or damaged, that has been damaged, that has been spoiled, and/or that has suffered any damage. Therefore, customers wishing to cancel a transaction are requested to return the product with the label and in its original packaging as much as possible. Cancellation of transaction by the Company and/or the Website
- The Company shall be entitled to cancel a transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in cases such as:
- If any clause of these regulations and/or any binding document and/or any of the terms of a service offered by the Website is violated;
- If it is discovered that the user/customer entered incorrect details during registration to the Website and/or placing the order;
- If an act or omission is performed which may harm the Website and/or any third parties, including customers, employees and suppliers of the Website;
- If the use of the Website constituted and/or enabled and/or encouraged and/or assisted in the commission of an act deemed illegal according to the laws of the State of Israel;
- When the customer owes a monetary debt to the Website and/or the Company and the payment due date has already passed;
- If any error occurred, including a clerical error and/or a communication malfunction and/or any other technical malfunction that disrupted the product price and/or the item description on the Website and/or the delivery of the product;
- In the event of prevention and/or delay due to force majeure, such as, but not limited to: act of war, hostility, terrorism, cyber sabotage, intentional or unintentional malfunction on the store's website, strikes and lockouts, extreme natural events, credit card clearing malfunctions and any other reason not resulting from an act or omission of the Website;
- In cases where there is a concern that the purchase is being made as part of a wholesale purchase and/or for resale by the buyer or on their behalf;
- If the product runs out of stock after or before a sale has occurred (but before shipment). If the order is canceled as stated, the Website will not be responsible for any damage caused to the consumer and/or a third party, including but not limited to damage for purchasing the product from a third party at a higher price;
- When there is a concern, on the part of the Company, that the consideration for the purchase will not be received and/or that the credit card held by the customer has been blocked and/or restricted from use in any way.
- Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company may not approve an order for additional reasons at its sole discretion.
- Transactions made using direct (debit) cards cannot be credited, and the credit will be made via bank transfer.
- A single item purchased as part of a product set cannot be returned unless the single item arrived with a defect and subject to the approval of the website operator.
- The provisions of these regulations are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Cancellation and exchange of a defective product
- In case the return, change or cancellation was due to a defect in the product, the responsibility for collecting or replacing the defective product from the place where it was delivered, will fall on the site. Cancellation due to a defective product approved by the company after inspection, will not incur cancellation fees.
- A product defined as defective by the customer will be inspected by the site. If, after inspection by the site, the product is found to be in good condition and/or the defect occurred after the customer received the product as a result of unreasonable use, the customer will not receive a refund and will be able to request that the product be sent back to them subject to paying shipping fees again.
- If the company finds the product to be defective, the company will refund, within 14 days of receiving notice of cancellation from the consumer, that part of the transaction price paid by the consumer for the defective product, cancel the charge for the defective product, and provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice.
- The website operator shall have the sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods. Items and products that arrive after any use and/or signs of use cannot be returned and will not entitle the user to the purchase amount - all subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator.
